Deposits
• A deposit is required for parts that must be pulled. Deposit amounts range from $50–$100, depending on the total price of the part.  Parts under $100 must be paid in full.

 • Payments accepted: cash, credit card, or PayPal payment link via email.
• Parts will not be pulled until deposit is received or paid in full.

 

Warranty Coverage (30 Days unless otherwise specified)
Warranty begins on the date of purchase and extends for 30 days firm.
• Engines: covered for rod knock, cracked block, excessive smoking. Timing chains not warrantied.

 • Transmissions: gears guaranteed good at purchase. Potential reprogramming to be done at customer’s expense. *see below*
• Rear Ends: gears guaranteed good at purchase; bearings free of abnormal noise at purchase.
• Electrical Parts: Starters, generators, and alternators guaranteed to work at purchase.
• Batteries guaranteed to hold charge at purchase only (no 30 day warranty). 

 • Aftermarket parts and accessories are not warrantied.
• No coverage for improper installation, incorrect vehicle information provided or poor electrical connections.

Some transmissions (or other parts) may require programming after installation. This must be done at a dealership or an independent shop with OEM-level tools/software. Do not drive the vehicle until programming and adaptive relearns are completed. Swapping the TCM does not count as proper programming. Warranty is void if the vehicle is driven before programming. Proof of programming is required to file a warranty claim. 3D Auto is not responsible for any programming fees.

Exchanges, Returns & Restocking
• Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase unless stated otherwise
• Restocking fee up to 20% will apply for any returns.

 • Returned parts must be original, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition as sold
• Cut-to-order body sections or any electrical/wiring parts are not returnable or refundable.
• All returns are subject to inspection by 3D auto and may be refused if condition has changed

 • Exchange parts must be returned at the time of exchange.

Used Parts Disclaimer
• Buyer acknowledges they have examined the parts before purchase, to determine whether there are defects and that Seller gave buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before making purchase.

 •There may be safety hazards associated with used automobile parts which are not warrantied.

Limits of Liability
• Remedy is limited to part replacement or refund of purchase price based on inventory availability and customer preference.
• 3D Auto is not responsible for reimbursement of cost of labor, installation or removal costs, lost income, downtime, or rental vehicles.

By purchasing from 3D Auto, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges they have read and understood this policy.
